Dock Reconstruction: Completed $82,000
Principal Keeper’s Quarters: Interior complete and roof work completed. Keeper and family have been able to return to quarters!
Decks at Keepers Quarters: Started but incomplete.
Gift Shoppe: New windows installed, floors and soffits repaired
Generator: New 30kw generator purchased for $10,300 installed May 2020
Public Bathrooms: 95% complete $12,555

Additional Immediate Funding of approximately $208,000 needed for:
1. Assistant Keeper’s Quarters Interior: Not started. $9,000
2. Assistant Keeper’s Quarters Roof: Need: $23,000 labour
3. Gift Shoppe at Lighthouse: To re-open: labour anticipated $13,000 and inventory
/merchandising $45,000
4. To complete Electrical at Lightstation: $2,000
5. Walkways Reconstruction: $25,000
6. Fencing: $18,000
7. Outbuilding Repainting: $15,000
8. Verandas: Covered verandas on both keeper’s quarters still must be rebuilt - (at least $90,000 to do both of the buildings)
9. Wharf Repair $23,800
10. Dinghy Dock $12,400
Raised over $305,452 in cash plus $70,000 in Kind from Sept. 2019 - Jan. 2021
Bank balance beginning at $65,000 post-Dorian.
Over $105,000 raised from gifts and donations and more than $70,000 in kind donations toward the projected scope of work which totals more than $890,000.
